Information Evening on 21 January at the RUH
From the frenetic streets of Delhi, to the beauty and tranquillity of the Indian Himalayas, this once in a lifetime trekking adventure will challenge you both mentally and physically… but you’ll also be rewarded with a memorable visit to the Taj Mahal as well as walking in the knowledge that the funds you raise will help your local hospital, the RUH. Whilst every step supports patients and families at home, the group will also spend a day volunteering at a school along the route to give back to their community, as well as our own.
The trek will take place between 23 September – 4 October and an Information Evening is being held on Tuesday 21st January at the RUH, so that you can find out more from the trek leader and The Forever Friends Appeal fundraising team. Taking part in one of The Forever Friends Appeal events, means that we can continue to fund life-saving equipment, improve the hospital environment and support life-changing research and innovations at the RUH that go above and beyond what NHS funding can provide alone.
