On Sunday 22nd May over 1100 children from over 10 local schools are taking part in a triathlon at Marlborough College. They aim to raise over £110,000. This money will also be matched by the government to support Girls back into education in Sierra Leone. The triathlon’s have been going on since 2015 and has seen over 9,000 kids raise £1.3m for charity. It’s such an exciting day and the kids get really creative with their fundraising beforehand. It’s also an inclusive event with all abilities able to take part. We would love to share the amazing project with the Wiltshire community and perhaps write a piece, getting a few of the participants to talk about the event, their fundraising and their charity work.
