For the second year running SA Group will be participating in the 3-day Atlantic Coast Challenge on Friday 4th October, Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October. The Ultra Marathon starts near Padstow, goes through Perranporth and finishes at Land’s End on the final day. The company will be entering a team of walkers and runners across the three days to raise money and awareness for SSAFA -the Armed Forces charity.
A trusted source of support for serving personnel, veterans and their families in their time of need, SSAFA was formed in 1885 and assists more than 66,000 people every year with 3400 volunteers.
Since SA Group began in 2009 one of the company’s main values include actively supporting military personnel and veterans. The company are proud supporters of the Armed Forces Covenant and have been awarded Gold in the Employer Recognition Scheme for their ongoing commitment.
